Intimate Weddings
An Intimate Wedding are defined as 30 or less guests. Your package includes one of the following options:
1) use of The Lodge building and amenities, or
2) use of the Event Center and Wedding tent
Intimate Weddings are not offered on Saturdays between June 1st and September 30th unless the date is open as of March 31st of that year.

Rehearsal Dinner at The Lodge

Your guests can enjoy a rehearsal dinner at our charming Lodge with either indoor or outdoor seating. Available from Monday - Thursday only in peak season unless another wedding is not booked within 3 months of your wedding date.
This is separate from your complimentary one hour ceremony rehearsal.
Elopements
Ensure your elopement is a cherished moment. Hold your intimate ceremony, to include the couple and up to 6 guests, at Shaw's River Ranch. Cost includes 2 hours of exterior property usage for your ceremony and photographs. Elopements are only offered Monday - Thursday during Peak Season unless the date is open within 60 days of your special day.

DAY OF COORDINATION SERVICES
Let Us Make Your Day Effortless.
A Day of Coordination Services Planner is required. You can hire or establish your own dedicated person(s) to handle this or you can hire the team at Shaw's River Ranch to handle your Day of Coordination Services. Our Day of Coordination services includes 10 hours of service on your wedding day as well as hashing out all the details including ceremony, dinner and reception set up, vendor location coordination, and music venue set up.
